I've been looking at news from all my beauty subscriptions, I've been seeing a lots of APRIL MUST HAVE / MUST TRY skin care products lately, however after going through all of those articles I found that most of them are hard to get in Malaysia.
Yes, Malaysia does have seasonal changes as well, we have two seasons , namely the Southwest Monsoon from late May to September, and the Northeast Monsoon from November to March. The Northeast Monsoon brings heavy rainfall, particularly to the states on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia and western Sarawak, whereas the Southwest Monsoon normally signifies relatively drier weather. Hence, a "monsoon" does not necessarily mean rain, it is just the name of the prevailing winds blowing at a certain time.
Hence, I dove into the research of how humidity affects our skin. Somehow I found the answer is very relevant to Malaysians, and here is the explanation: High humidity is usually good for the skin, keeping it moist and supple. Of course, sweating increases bacteria, so daily baths or showers are important. But as a generalization, people in high humidity climates have better skin than those in hot, dry climates. Less wrinkles, etc.

However, i have only tried out this face wash but i am considering using the whole set of this Innisfree BIJA series could really fix my problem. Innisfree works wonders, you can try out this BIJA Series in their trial kits.
3. Calendula Herbal Extract Alcohol-Free Toner RM158(250ml)
Gently cleanse and refresh skin with this Kiehl's Classic.
This facial toner for oily skin and normal skin has been trusted by Kiehl’s customers since the 1960s. Hand-inserted Calendula flower petals work with other gentle ingredients like Great Burdock Root to create a cleansing and soothing toner for skin.

If would be best if you able to walk in to their outlet you may ask for a test then, they will recommend whichever suits you best. For myself i prefer their shop in One Utama, i found them more friendly and patient and passionate in explaining their products to you.
4. FRESH Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream RM 219
What it is:

What it does:
It is formulated with a proprietary Super 7 Complex specifically designed to minimize and prevent visible signs of aging, deliver intense hydration, and boost radiance. It is further enriched with maca root extract, noted for enhancing luminosity.
Since it launch we found that it has always been in good review! Thus their description say that it is suitable for aging skin , but we think it is more suitable from age 25. You can find this in Sephora Online or in Store.
