Youbeli Seller Registration Guide
1. To register as a Youbeli seller, you will need to provide some supporting documents for verification purposes depending on the type of seller.
For individual
sellers, you will need to prepare a copy of your Identification Card (IC).
For retailers, you will need to prepare a copy
of your representative’s IC registered in the SSM and the company registration
form (Form 9) from the SSM.
2. Once you have the necessary documents prepared, sellers and retailers can sign up for a seller account at the Youbeli Seller Centre. For manual applications, kindly email store@youbeli.com to request the application form.
3. Choose the correct seller type. Then, fill up the necessary blank fields and the bank information as well. Product uploading can be done manually or by syncing to seller stores on other platforms like Lazada, Shopee, EasyStore, and more.
4. The supporting documents required by Youbeli will need to be uploaded in the form as well.
5. Once you are done filling in the form, submit your application. The processing will take one to two working days.
6. Upon approval of seller application, sellers are required to attend the Youbeli merchant training session.
7. After completion of training, sellers can
start selling on Youbeli and managing their store at the Youbeli Seller Centre on the website. Furthermore, sellers can
manage their stores at any time by downloading the Youbeli Seller Centre app on
Google Play Store for Android devices and the App Store for iOS devices.

1. Fees & Charges

Retailers and sellers will
be charged a 4% commission and 2% Payment Gateway Charge on the final product
price for each successful transaction.
- For example: If the original product price is RM120 and the product is sold at the discounted price of RM100, 6% (Commission + Payment Gateway) of the RM100 will be RM6. Thus, RM94 will be returned to the seller.
2. Payment date

For
each successful delivery of items, the payment will be processed within 7
working days. The cut-off day every week for accounting reconciliation is on
Wednesday and disbursements will be done by the following Monday.
- Merchants will be informed of each payment made via the email address used to register as a seller on Youbeli.
3. Shipping
The seller will be in full control of the appointment of a courier
company of their choice. As such, the shipping charges of the courier company
will be applied to your buyers.
